Your first 3 respecs are free, then you’ll need to pay a Profit Factor that goes up incrementally by a single value after that. -1,-2,-3, etc.

How to Respec Your Character in Rogue Trader
To respec your character in Warhammer 40K: Rogue Trader, you’ll need to engage the services of High Factotum Janris Danrok. This Non-Playable Character (NPC) is located aboard your voidship and can be accessed as early as Act 1.
When interacting with him, you’ll need to select the option, “My retinue and I are in need of training”. This opens a new panel where you can select the character you want to respec.
The respec mechanic in Warhammer 40K: Rogue Trader allows you to reset your character’s talents, skills, and abilities. However, it doesn’t permit you to change your character’s homeworld, origin, or starting archetype/class.
Once your character crosses level 16, you can select a different advanced class. For example, if your character is a Warrior-Vanguard hybrid, you can reset him to a Warrior (basic class) and then choose a different advanced class.
It’s worth noting that there may be some bugs associated with the respec process. Some players have reported issues with certain companions, and some skills and talents appearing as already obtained, even though they aren’t.
