We Game Daily Staff Page
We Game Daily’s team of editors and writers is small, but we’ve got plenty of experience to make up for that! Here’s a rundown of our current staff; who they are, what makes them tick, and why you should care about what they say!
Editor in Chief Matt Jameson: Matt has been working in games media for nearly a decade. An avid gamer since he was a wee boy, Matt’s a Zelda mega-fan and collector. He loves narrative-driven games, but he still considers Ocarina of Time to be the best game of all time. Matt’s not sold on the direction the Legend of Zelda series has gone in, but he consoles himself with the fact that that leaves a void for aspiring indies to fill!

Staff Writer Jane Claire: Despite having been raised with a Gameboy Advance in one hand and a fantasy novel in the other, Jane Claire played video games for a long time before realizing that writing about them was her calling. Books and games were always her childhood escape, so it was only natural that she turned that passion into a career choice. Jane has a professional background in business and marketing. Her favorite games include The Sims 4, The Witcher 3, and Dragon Age Inquisition.

Staff Writer Ben Davis: From uni sessions of Super Smash Bros. on the Gamecube to tearing up Valorant servers in 2024, Ben is one huge, middle-aged nerd. That passion naturally saw him seek employment in the games sector, and he started his career working in market research. Working with partners at major gaming publishers has allowed Ben to approach game coverage many years later from a unique perspective.

SEO & Webmaster Sam Galbraith: Low golf handicapper and social media maestro, Sam has been at the heart of We Game Daily’s success since it launched in early 2023. You can check out his posts over on our Instagram page, and we’ll soon be launching other social channels shortly. But Fraser’s main calling for the site is maintaining the health of the site’s backend. When there’s a problem, he’s there to sort it. That is if we can drag him off the couch from a game of Warzone.
