Introduced after the launch of the Phantom Liberty DLC, Sandevistans in Cyberpunk 2077 came directly off the back of the awesome Cyberpunk: Edgerunners anime. They’re the cyberware tech that David uses to slow time, and now players can use them too in Cyberpunk 2077. But unlike the Netflix show, there are a bunch of options to choose from. So, which do we consider the best Sandevistans? Let’s run you through our ranking, which has been updated over time for clarity.
5. Qiant Warp Dancer Sandevistan
The Qiant Warp Dancer primarily focuses on defense, making you more resilient rather than boosting your damage. It enhances your Mitigation Chance and Mitigation Strength, reducing the damage you receive from attacks. Additionally, it strengthens your resistance against certain types of damage, making you harder to kill.
The cyberware offers a 20% slowdown effect, which is useful for strategic repositioning or quick escapes from hazardous situations. It does, however, have a relatively long cooldown of 65 seconds, meaning it only enters our list at the number five spot.
4. Dynalar Sandevistan
The Dynalar Sandevistan provides a solid 50% time slowdown effect, a 10% critical chance, and critical damage. This advanced version extends the maximum duration, giving you more time to leverage the bonus damage it offers. What makes it stand out is the reduced cooldown, slashed from 55 seconds to a more manageable 45 seconds. Even with the cyberware balance adjustments now present in Cyberpunk 2077’s 2.1 Update, the Dynalar Sandevistan Tier 4 remains a solid choice for any player.
3. Militech Falcon Sandevistan
The Militech Falcon Tier 4 is another top contender among the best Sandevistans in Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty. It offers a vast array of effects, including a 70% time slowdown, which proves incredibly helpful in maneuvering through the game. Not to mention, it amplifies your damage output and critical hits, making you a formidable force in a fight.
The Falcon also replenishes your health and extends the Sandevistan’s duration whenever you defeat an enemy. It has a reasonable active time of eight seconds and a fairly short cooldown of just 40 seconds.
2. Zetatech Sandevistan
Next up is the Zetatech Sandevistan, which offers unique benefits depending on whether you’re grounded or airborne. On the ground, it slows time by 30% and boosts your damage by 9%. However, while leaping or in mid-air, it doubles these effects to a 60% slowdown and an 18% damage boost.
This cyberware is excellent for achieving accurate shots, especially when targeting an enemy’s head or weak points. It’s a powerful addition to your arsenal in, though it might require some practice to master.
1. Militech “Apogee” Sandevistan
Taking top spot on our list is the Militech “Apogee” Sandevistan, and for good reason. It slows time by an insane 85%, and also and boosts headshot damage by 10%. Particularly if you’re an aimer who enjoys the gunplay element of combat, this is the cyberware you’ll want to base your build around.
On top of that, the Apogee offers a 20% extended duration and a 22% Stamina boost when neutralizing an enemy.
There are a couple of ways to get this Sandevistan, including one entirely for free. We’ve got a full walkthrough on how to get the Militech Apogee.
